A small, women-owned team that’s cleaned over 500 homes a year, every year, for the last three years.
Our Story
Courteous Cleans was built by two women, Kaytie and Ashley, who bring years of hands-on service and management experience into every home they clean. Between them they’ve led teams, run their own crews, and cared for families in some of their hardest moments, and they bring that same care into your kitchen, your bathroom, and every room in between.
Our business may be new, but we are far from it. Insured, bonded, and certified, Courteous Cleans is a small team you can count on to show up, do it right, and treat your space with respect.
Meet Kaytie & Ashley
Kaytie
Kaytie has spent her whole career in service leadership, working her way up from entry level roles to General Manager before finding her way to residential cleaning, work she grew up around watching her own mom do. She’s cleaned over 500 houses a year for the last three years, with the highest client retention rate on her team. In her own words: “I don’t work this job for the paycheck. I work this job because I genuinely care.”
Ashley
Ashley brings over a decade of restaurant leadership behind her, including years spent running her own store, plus time in commercial window washing and as a home health aide. That last role gave her a close-up view of what it means to show up for people on their hardest days, and she carries that same care into every home she cleans. She’s also a mom of two girls, so she knows firsthand that homes are meant to be lived in, and she never judges a little mess along the way.
